Watch this Lightning Talk presentation by UBC student Ilana Judah from the PICS Adaptive Mitigation project.

Researcher Ilana Judah from the PICS Adaptation Mitigation project presents on the relationship between climate change impacts and multi-unit residential buildings, and the framework she is developing to integrate climate adaptation and mitigation solutions in their design, construction and operations. Buildings and construction are responsible for approximately 40 per cent of global greenhouse gas emissions. Ilana is a MSc student at the Institute for Resources, Environment & Sustainability (IRES) at University of British Columbia and presented at the PICS 2020 annual student forum.
