Andréanne Doyon in an Assistant Professor and Director of Planning in the School of Resource and Environmental Management (REM) at Simon Fraser University (SFU). Currently, her research is focused on urban governance and planning for low carbon, resilient, just cities. This includes working with people from a variety of disciplines to find ways to increase human health and well-being and biodiversity benefits. She is also interested in studying and facilitating processes of change towards a more sustainable and just future. She holds a MA (Planning) from the University of British Columbia and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
