
Victor completed his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Liverpool in 2011 and his MASc in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Victoria in 2014. During his master’s degree, Victor conducted research on hydrogen fuel cell for vehicular applications. Upon finishing his master’s degree, Victor worked at the University of Victoria as a laboratory supervisor for Engineering Design and as a sessional instructor for Advanced Thermodynamics.
In 2015 Victor joined the PICS 2060 project as a Ph.D. candidate due to his interest in renewable energy and action to curb greenhouse gas emissions. Currently Victor is working under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Rowe and Dr. Peter Wild on pathways for electrification of road vehicles in British Columbia and Alberta.
In his free time, Victor enjoys cooking with his wife, playing with his two cats, hiking, swimming, learning about cosmology and all things science.
