David is a civil engineer with 15 years experience split between the public and private sectors. David is currently the Manager of Municipal Infrastructure with the District of Squamish and a solution seeker for this project. A key focus of David’s work is flood management including leading the District’s award-winning Integrated Flood Hazard Management Plan, developing the District’s first Floodplain Bylaw and managing large-scale dike upgrade projects.
