PICS executive director and UVic professor, Sybil Seitzinger, is among the 62 newly elected class of Fellows honoured at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting, held 11 December, 2019 in San Francisco, California. These individuals were recognized for their exceptional contributions to Earth and space science through a breakthrough, discovery, or innovation in their field. Only 0.1% of AGU membership receives this recognition in any given year.
