Climate Emergency Week at the University of British Columbia (UBC) seeks to convene and energize communities of climate action.

UBC declared a climate emergency in 2019 and produced a report in 2021 that focuses on climate justice, which goes hand-in-hand with climate action to address the disproportionate impacts of climate change on those communities least responsible.

Climate Emergency Week is a chance to join transformative climate action for justice, people, and the planet.

UBC Climate emergency week will take place February 10-14.

Events will be held throughout the week both online and in-person.
