Reducing and Removing Emisssions

PICS supports research and collaboration on mitigation.

To keep climate change in-check, global emissions need to decrease quickly.

The Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions actively supports research and collaborations that reduce, and ultimately remove, greenhouse gas emissions in British Columbia and beyond. PICS-funded analysis, partnerships, and knowledge mobilization support societal goals of achieving emission reduction targets and seed innovative ideas for transformative shifts.
