Join the University Climate Change Coalition (UC3) Vancouver Summit for a free evening panel discussion, online and in person. The panel will explore the question: “How do we use the resources and influence of universities to catalyze partnerships and innovation for accelerated climate action across industry, government and greater society?”
The panel will examine this question from several scales, including the campus, regional, and global scale. It will examine the opportunities universities have to build collaborative climate solutions, highlight the role of research in policy-making, and showcase innovative projects that are helping to catalyze and scale-up solutions and action from higher education climate experts.
This event will be hosted in-person at the UBC Vancouver campus and will also offer virtual access. Those participating in-person can join at 4:30 p.m. for a pre-event reception featuring light refreshments.
PICS is proud to support this event through the Event Partnerships Program.
